Our Annual Members Meeting (aka the 'AGM') is a chance for all members to have your say on important decisions around how the Toy Library is run, and who runs it. Your input is crucial for the continuous operation of the Toy Library.
This year’s meeting will be held on Saturday 9th September 2023 at 1pm.
Please join us in person in the Library. We will provide snacks and drinks. Kids are welcome to come, we will have a play area set up.

If you can’t make it in person, you can vote by proxy. This means you can nominate someone to vote on your behalf.
Our constitution allows members to be represented by a proxy vote at the AGM to form a quorum (the minimum number of members required to attend).

To ensure that we have a quorum we would appreciate if you could please appoint a member of the current committee or another member of the Toy Library as your proxy if you can’t attend.
The toy library is run and organised by volunteers. We need your participation and help to keep it running and as awesome as ever.
We are accepting nominations or expressions of interest for committee member positions and we invite you to join us as a general committee member and help out as you can.
